Thermal Insulation
With a U-value as low as 0.4 W/(m²·K), vacuum-insulated glass is unmatched in its thermal performance. The vacuum chamber in between the glass effectively blocks thermal transmission, making its thermal insulation performance 2-4 times better than that of standard insulated glass and 6-10 times better than single-pane glass.
Noise Reduction
A Vacuview unit features an advanced vacuum chamber design that effectively blocks sound, surpassing traditional insulated glass by significantly reducing medium and low-frequency noises like traffic and construction.
Condensation Free
This glazing remains free from condensation even at temperatures as low as -70°C. Its ultra-low dew point ensures exceptional clarity in both buildings and refrigeration applications, preventing dew buildup between glass layers and maintaining high thermal resistance.
Thin Structure
Starting at just 8.3 mm thick and weighing only 20 kg/m², this glazing reduces costs for components, storage, and logistics. It is a quarter of the thickness and at least 12 kg lighter per square meter than triple glazing, while offering a superior U-value.
